- Customized or opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items purchased during promotional offers or sales are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect.
🚚 Shipping Fees:
- If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong or defective product), we will cover the shipping fees.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer request, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
